This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or partially used skincare products.
- Products purchased during sale/discounts (unless defective or damaged).
- Items without original packaging or invoice.
3. Return Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 info@vitawave.com or 📞 +91 8700583400 with your order details and reason for return.
- Share clear images of the product, packaging, and invoice for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you to send the product back to our address.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you of the status of your return/refund.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer) within 7–10 business days after approval.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer/UPI (details will be requested from you).
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacements
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per the policy.
